Art requires a different approach than pallet loading. A painting, a sculpture, a nineteenth-century piano - each object has its own value. Sometimes measured in millions, sometimes unmeasurable. That is why there is a dedicated team in the Transport Group, which deals exclusively with the transport of art and high-value objects: packaging, transport, assembly at the exhibition and everything that happens in between. We serve regular partners from the world of art - Omenaa Foundation, Omenaart Foundation and Phenomena Gallery. We also carry out transports to Top Charity Art, one of the most important events combining business with culture and charity.
A vehicle dedicated to art
For the transport of high-value objects, we have designed a bus with a loading elevator - tailored to the specifics of art, ready to work on both small paintings and larger installations. The lift reduces manual lifting and reduces the risk during loading. For larger projects - exhibition sets, removals of art studios or international transports - we have solo trucks and trucks with a 13.6 m semi-trailer at our disposal. A full range of options in one collaboration.
Packaging that protects the work
We pack each object by hand, securing it with materials selected for what we are transporting. As standard, we use acid-free paper, fleece, protective films and soft filling materials. We protect paintings with the frame and canvas in mind, sculptures - taking into account the weakest points of the structure. We adjust soft packing to the facility, not the other way around. This is the difference between transporting art and transporting furniture.
